One of my faveriote artists is Pete Murray’s: Always a Winner. Somehow, this clip always gets me singing alog, pumped and into fitness motivated mojo before I workout.

Fantastic!! Yum yum yum. I served this on my own home-made gluten free turkish bread and added some chutney and mayo. Served it with a warm char-grilled vegetable salad. Will make it again (often)!
Saag Paneer is one of my all-time favorite Indian dishes, and it’s one which is easily adapted to a vegan diet by simply substituting a good quality tofu for the paneer. This is a very easy vegan recipe that I’d recommend to anyone. You can use your favourite spinach curry recipe (goodness knows there are billions, if not trillions). If you would like a little added richness then add a few tablespoons of vegan cream and some rich vegan butter (e.g. Vitalite).
